Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a limited refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds or replacements are applicable if:

  • You receive damaged or spoiled products
  • The order is incorrect or incomplete

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delay caused by external logistics issues

3. Refund Process

  • You must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
